Joseph Pallo is a licensed massage therapist specializing in “Active Isolated Stretching “(AIS).  Joseph was trained by the founder Aaron L. Mattes, in Sarasota Florida, where he learned to apply AIS to injuries and injury prevention. Active Isolated Stretching has been improving people’s lives for over 40 years.
